Walter brings over 25 years of tax technical and Global Mobility expertise and combines this with a passion for client service in his role as Tax Director at Vialto Partners (former PwC Global Mobility) practice in Philadelphia, PA.  He supports clients with their global mobility and international tax strategies across varied multinational client bases.   

Walter has more than twenty-five years of experience managing cross-border engagements and is on the forefront of global expatriate taxation and international program management. He specializes in training and leading high-performing teams that provide the interconnected competencies and insight required to address international broad business issues and to help minimize risk. Clients recognize Walter as a trusted advisor with finely tuned collaboration skills, unique insights, and deep technical knowledge. Clients trust his ability to devise and deliver optimal solutions that best address issues connected with their international mobility decisions.

Walter holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, a master’s degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University and is a Pennsylvania State Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the AICPA.  Walter is married to his wife Roberta for over 26 years, they have three boys and have lived in several cities both domestically within the US and internationally.  Walter is U.S. Army Veteran and is heavily involved with several local and national veteran support organizations that help our US military veterans transition out of the military and into the civilian workforce.
