Calling all local Veteran Entrepreneurs!! Greater Philadelphia Veterans Network (GPVN) will be hosting a regional Veteran pitch competition during the 2nd Annual Pennsylvania Veteran Conference  (Oct 22-24 2025)

This premier event brings together Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers, Airmen, Veterans, and their Families, along with industry leaders, policymakers, and exhibitors dedicated to supporting and advancing opportunities for the Guard community.

As part of the event, GPVN will be hosting a pitch competition for veteran entrepreneurs. The 5 finalists selected will make their pitch at the Pennsylvania Veteran Conference in front of a panel of judges and live audience.

The winner will be guaranteed a spot in the 2025 National Veteran Shark Tank – with a chance to win $50,000!!

Rules & Application Details

When you are ready to submit your application, please follow these steps:

1. Fill in ALL the information requested in the boxes below to be considered.

2. Provide a brief video, 2 minutes or less, explaining what your business is and why it should be included in Veteran Shark Tank 2025

3. Provide a PowerPoint presentation, no more than 10 slides, ensuring that you cover the following topics:

  • Market: size, growth, competition and regulatory dynamics of target market
  • Product / Service: description of product / service and value proposition
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: customer acquisition strategy and cost
  • Customers: profile and attractiveness of clients
  • Financials: current and projected financial model, including sales, cost of goods sold, operating expenses and expected profits
  • Key Risks: identified risks and potential mitigants

Please note:
**The business submitting the application cannot be older than 3 years old on the day of the National Veteran Shark Tank (December 8, 2025).
**If you receive a notification after your submission that you did not meet the criteria for submission, you will have 5 days from notification to correct the errors identified and resubmit.

As part of the application process, the committee will review your video alongside the slide deck and judge them as a package deal (similar to the actual competition).

Please note: Your submission should be in “pitch” format and NOT a promotional video for your product or service. Your pitch video should be a narrated video package that includes your business, product/service, and why it should be included in Veteran Shark Tank 2025. The video should be no longer than 2 minutes.
